Saturday 30 May 2009 - Marilyn Thurley's brainchild finally came about on a glorious autumn day. Marilyn, Fr Brian and their team were rewarded with a huge turnout of buyers and browsers that filtered through the grounds until late in the afternoon. The stalls were laid out very well which allowed a steady flow of people without realising any congestion. People remarked that the prices were reasonable which resulted in a few of the stalls already sold out by mid morning. Although, I have uploeaded many photos; they are only a glimpse of the colour and activities that happened on the day.
Granny's Pantry Zulu Crafts Blessing has a Pony Ride Fishing for Ducks and Turtles Paper Crafts Kevern did 25 haircuts on the day!! Candy Floss Sewing Stall Religious Gifts Fr Justin braves the Lucky Strke Treasure Box's spinning art Jewellery Big smiles from behind the Pony Ride table Sing Star Smiles on the Jumping Castle Music and Videos Soft Toys Plants Books, books and more books The Treasure Box pupils entertain us with song |
